Palm Bay is in Florida, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Palm Bay follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Fast, friendly, and efficient service. They got me in and out much quicker than I expected, which is hard to find these days. The only thing I’d like to see is some indoor seating for customers while they wait. Other than that, the experience was great. I’ll definitely be back the next time I need tires.

I called to check on availability and price of a tire. the person picks up the phone and doesn't say anything. Sound far away and state to them they are sounding far like they picked up the phone and sat it down. Tried calling back several times and the busy sound comes up since they still have it off and laying on the front desk. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Thought they were a professional business near mt home I guess was wrong especially this is how they treat their clients...

If u wanna know what this place is really like then continue reading. I have been a General manager for a wheel shop in south florida for 10 years. And I was so impressed by this small buisiness. I came in with a leaking tire that i took to 2 other shops and no one could fix it. From my experience I knew what was wrong and the other shops didn't wanna listen to me. I told the guys here what I needed done and the tech did exactly what I asked he went beyond what I expected and my I add I had to add fix a flat to gwt me there as an emergency and he had no problem or attitude with all the extra work I asked him to do.. the owner who is from jersey was amazing and so friendly and helpful they even shared some of their personal coffee with me cause it was cold that morning. And then they charged me such an aiming fee for alm that work I asked of them.. this place has to be the best tire shop I've ever went to.. and palmbay dosnt have to many options for used tires they also do tire repairs which is what I needed from the beginning... as someone that is in this industry I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of tire services 100% guys it was a real pleasure meeting u all and t

RUDE and BAD WORK I came to your shop yesterday (Saturday) to get my flat tire fixed and replace the donut tire. I paid $60 and your guys only "fixed" the original tire but didn't put it on the car. This is not at all what I expected when I paid. I needed the "fixed" tire put on yesterday because I had a long drive today, but your guys told me to find someone else or come back in on Monday morning. So I contacted triple a road service to put the "fixed" tire on yesterday. They came and replaced it, but said your guys didn't even inflate the tire pressure properly. They pumped the air in themselves... And now this morning the tire is flat again! I now have to pay $120 for an uber. I would give zero stars if I could. Visiting your shop left me in an even worse situation than when I came in. Your service was not only rude but also terrible quality for it to be flat all over again. I feel completely scammed and I want my money back!

Had an absolutely horrific experience, and couldn't say enough about the dishonesty that the employees perpetuate. Back in September my wife took her vehicle in for a quick tire patch on her driver rear tire. Last week we went to have the tires rotated and found that one of the lugs was stripped and needed to be replaced we took it back to Missile as it was on the exact tire they patched and they informed us it was not our fault and that we probably had rusty lug nuts. the bottom line is they made it very clear it was not their fault and they would not be reimbursing us for it. frankly, we didn't even want reimbursement we just wanted the problem fixed. We took it to our normal mechanic who fixed the stripped lug stud and if you see the pictures below you'll notice none of them whatsoever are rusted in any way. My wife went back today not for any type of refund to actually get the tires remounted on new rims and to give them the chance to fix their mistake and make it right again happy to pay what we owed, just looking to have them make it right for the mistake they made. Again, my wife is lectured how it wasn't her fault. Every time we've talked to them whether it be myself or my
